Ask HN: Is Codex's 5-hour usage limit back?

At 15:38 UTC+8, I noticed via Codex `/status` that the 5-hour usage limit is back, and the weekly limit has been reset to 100%.

    I've found it so much easier to work without a 5 hour usage limit. I really hope we rapidly get to a world without as much need of one.
